You can assign any name to such field and provide any list of values. For example, we used a custom field as "Entity" with two values: person and band. A custom list is used in our example as "Tags".

[!] New user interface: Breeze.
A new user interface, Breeze, was added in Musicnizer 6.0. The interface uses a different design and offers new features, like settings for changing font size, line height, etc. You can adjust interface settings or switch between available interfaces on the "User interface" tab of the "Options" menu (F10).
[ ] An option to create a new category for your illustrated Dune music catalog displaying a list of all tracks.
If you own a Dune HD media player, you will appreciate the new feature of Musicnizer 6.0, the ability to list all tracks alphabetically. Just enable the corresponding category when you create an illustrated music catalog for your Dune.
[ ] Music Path Changer plugin was added.
If your music albums are stored as audio files, you can easily add them into the program and later play any song or complete albums directly from Musicnizer. However, if you move your music collection to another folder, links in your database need to be updated, otherwise you will not be able to play the files anymore. You can easily update all paths with the Path Changer plugin.

[*] It is now possible to set just the year when a band was founded.
Previous versions of Musicnizer required a complete date including day, month, and year. While having such exact information is good, for some bands and even individuals it is not available. Then click the "..." button in the "Album path" field (2), select your Audio CD (of course, the CD should be inserted) (3) and click the "Add selected files" button (4). The disc will be added to the album.
In just the same way you can add album CDs stored as files on your HDD.
It is now easier to create backup copies of your music database. Choose "File" - "Create a backup copy", select a folder for saving backups (you only need to do this once), and press the "Create a backup copy" button.
If later you need to restore your database, choose "File" - "Restore database" and simply select a copy from the list of the available ones.
he backup-restore engine can be used for moving your music database from one computer to another. In this case you may also want to enable the "Copy pictures" option.

Musicnizer 4.3 makes adding album covers and photos of artists even more convenient. Right-click the page of an album or an artist and choose to download photos/covers from the context menu.
Track artists are shown on the album page.
There are several improvements in the Modern interface of the program, one of the most important is showing track artists on the album page:
[*] Adding discs to an existing album and linking tracks with files is easier now.
The controls for adding and finding files and tracks of Audio CDs were revised in Musicnizer 4.3. Now you can add tracks from files, from an Audio CD, re-link tracks after moving your files, etc. using the "..." button next to the "Album path" field (the first screenshot on this page shows adding tracks from an Audio CD). Unnecessary buttons were removed to make the interface more clear and intuitive.

Import plugins were updated to match the latest changes in the corresponding music organizer programs. Import your existing music collection into Musicnizer easily!
[*] Improved support for M4a files.
The new version of the program supports M4a files better, it will extract information from the files on which Musicnizer 4.2 might fail.
[*] Improved adding albums from files.
Musicnizer 4.3 includes several optimizations that make adding albums from files even easier. The program now recognizes more information from tags, works better with albums having multiple CDs, etc.
[-] Bug fixes.
Musicnizer 4.3 was extensively tested, and various small bugs were eliminated. If you find a bug or unexpected behavior in the program, please contact us using the support form or our forum.
